Most Kent events cost $25 to $40 a head. More guests, lower price. Real numbers below, every fee included.
The short answer
$25 to $40 a head.
Two things set the price: how many dishes, and how many guests. A big wedding or gurdwara event costs less per head than a small party. For 20 guests or more:
- Two curries. About $18 to $23 a head.
- Two curries and biryani. About $28 to $34 a head.
- Three curries and biryani. About $37 to $44 a head. A full wedding spread.

- 10 guests: small trays. 20: medium. 30: large.
- 150 guests: 5 large trays of each dish. 300: 10 large of each.
- Includes one serving spoon per tray and a utensil set per guest.
- Includes $35 delivery, 10.55% sales tax and the 3% processing fee.
- Pickup instead of delivery takes $35 off the total.
What changes the price
Five things.
- Guests. The same menu is $46.34 a head for 10 and $27.92 for 300.
- Dishes. Each extra large tray adds about $8 to $11 a head at 30 guests.
- Meat. Vegetarian costs least. Lamb, goat and seafood cost most. Chicken is in between.
- Delivery. $35 flat, pickup free. For 10 guests that is $3.50 each. For 300 it is about 12 cents.
- Serving kit. Spoons and tongs are $4 each. Utensil sets are 50 cents a guest. Both optional.

Most events are $25 to $40 a head. Two curries and biryani for 150 guests is $28.05 a head, all in. Every tray price is on our prices page.
Our smallest tray feeds 10. So 10 guests is the smallest order that makes sense.
Sales tax of 10.55%, a 3% processing fee, and $35 delivery if you do not pick up. Serving spoons and utensil sets are optional extras. Rice comes with every curry tray, and biryani comes with raita.
Per tray. Small feeds 10, medium 20, large 30. That is why more guests means a lower price per head.
Yes. The prices here are for delivery or pickup. Full service with staff, live stations or our mobile kitchen is priced per event. Send us your date and headcount.
