What you get
Full service: kitchen, staff, stations.
- Mobile kitchen. We cook at your venue. Good for halls, gurdwaras, temples, parks and backyards.
- Buffet staff. They set up, keep trays full and hot, and pack out at the end.
- Live tandoor. Such as tandoori chicken, chicken tikka and tandoori paneer, hot off the fire.
- Live chaat. Pani puri, aloo tikki chaat, samosa chaat and papri chaat.
- Our own chafing dishes. Nothing to rent or return.
